Dissolve the required amount of Vitamilk-Elit in approximately 2/3 of the water at a temperature of about 48-55 ° C, stirring constantly. Once the milk has dissolved, add the remaining water (cold), stirring constantly. The finished milk should have a temperature of about 35-40 ° C. It is obligatory to eat immediately after its preparation!
